The company's commercial team undergoes premium training, becoming specialists in the products they sell. In fact, Daffodil's sales reps conduct on-site product testing with doctors in operating rooms, alongside commercial consultants.
The company's sales team undergoes continuous training, including attending symposiums and talks every four months, participating in international congresses, and taking regular exams on medical devices. In addition to initial training that lasts six months, Daffodil invests in ongoing education for its sales representatives to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to serve its clients.

Daffodil has a team of highly qualified professionals that covers the entire national market, divided into eight regions and four customer service areas.
This allows the company to efficiently and effectively serve its clients across Iraq.

PROJECT MANAGER

Daffodil has a dedicated "Project Manager" for each brand that the company represents. The Project Manager ensures daily communication between the client, the brand in distribution, and Daffodil, taking full responsibility for maintaining quality in all aspects of the business relationship. Additionally, the Project Manager designs business plans for new product launches, conducts market research, analyzes potential sales, monitors profitability, tracks progress, and ensures that goals are achieved.
